Appointments

childclinicWe can offer some of our appointments for you to pre-book up to two weeks ahead. 

If you do not want to book ahead, we aim to offer you an appointment within 24 hours of your request but this will not necessarily be with the doctor of your choice.  Each morning the majority of that afternoon and the next morning’s appointments are opened.

You can also book appointments online if you register at the Practice to do so.

Telephone appointments can be booked for the doctor to ring you back, at allotted times, for problems that do not require that you come into the surgery.

You may be able to have a telephone consultation with a Practice Nurse if you book a time in one of her free slots.

Please let us know as soon as possible if you cannot keep an appointment.

Please be aware that appointments that are not attended waste the doctors and nurses time and also there are other patients that could have made use of those appointments. If patients repeatedly do not attend, without a valid excuse they will be removed from the practice list.

Please be prompt.  If you are 10 minutes late you will be asked to make a new appointment so that other patients are not inconvenienced.  Please make the receptionist aware if you feel your problem is urgent

Please remember one appointment is for one person only.

If you are over 75 and have not been seen within the last year, or between16 and 75 years and have not been seen within the last three years you may request a consultation with either the nurse or a doctor.
