Please be aware that Dr Cripps is on Annual Leave for the next two weeks so if you particularly want to see Dr Cripps please do not send a request until after the 2nd September. Due to annual leave and sickness we are short on GP's so please bear with us as we may take a few days to get back to you, we will be prioritising the requests so any urgent requests will be dealt with first. Please if you do not hear back that day do not send another request, we will get back to you as soon as possible. Thank you for your patience.

Please let us know as soon as possible if you cannot keep an appointment.

Please be aware that appointments that are not attended waste the doctors and nurses time and also there are other patients that could have made use of those appointments. If patients repeatedly do not attend, without a valid excuse they will be removed from the practice list.

Please be prompt.  If you are 10 minutes late you will be asked to make a new appointment so that other patients are not inconvenienced.  Please make the receptionist aware if you feel your problem is urgent

Please remember one appointment is for one person only.

If you are over 75 and have not been seen within the last year, or between16 and 75 years and have not been seen within the last three years you may request a consultation with either the nurse or a doctor.
