Patient Participation Group

(The PPG)

PPGs are groups of active volunteer patients working in partnership with practice staff and GPs. All surgeries must have one.

What does our PPG do?

  •     Act as a critical friend to provide a patients’ perspective ensuring services.
  •     Foster communication with the wider patient population building stronger patient-doctor relationships
  •     Provide practical support to practice teams e.g. organising health awareness events
  •     Assist the practice Coffee Morning which provides the opportunity for people to meet fortnightly for friendship and support

Please join us for a discussion on how our PPG can operate during the Covid-19 crisis. Find out how the surgery has coped during this time, and what any future plans are via Teams on:

Monday August 10th at 7pm

If you wish to participate in the meeting please email and we will send you a link for the meeting.
